Our ice cream is available 365 days a year. All from Edaleen Dairy in Bellingham, Washington. Edaleen is a family-run farm creating delicious organic, simple-sourced desserts. The company was founded in 1975 by combining the names of the two founders, Ed and Aileen.

Family owned and operated since 1985 with their first bakery along Alki Beach. Alki Bakery supplies all our fresh baked pastries. Come join us to try some Seattle made donuts, croissants, scones, cinnamon rolls, and more.
